As a workspace provider, the safety and wellbeing of our members is our number one priority. With that in mind, when lockdown is lifted and our members choose to return to work, we plan to implement a number of social distancing measures. These measures will be put in place to ensure that our spaces can operate efficiently and safely.
Reduce Capacity
We will be reducing the overall capacity of the space including available work stations, breakout and communal areas to allow for 1 meter distances to be maintained and avoid overcrowding.
Increased Cleaning
There will be increased cleaning for high touch points such as door handles, sink taps, coffee machines, and printers.
Hand Sanitising
Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities will be available throughout the space, shared areas, and meeting rooms.
Reduce Meeting Room Occupancy
We are reducing the recommended occupancy for our meeting rooms and breakout spaces to maintain 1 meter distance and this will be clearly labelled in all of these areas.
